How muchAll in US dollars
The bigger your cruise fare, the bigger your credit. It’s based on the cruise fare per stateroom, before taxes and fees, and every cruise you look up shows its own, so there’s nothing to work out.
Your onboard credit is in US dollars (USD), the same currency as Disney’s prices and your spending on board. For Canadians, that’s worth more than the same number in Canadian dollars.

Booked your Disney cruise in the last 30 days, on your own or with someone else? You can usually move it to Michelle and still get onboard credit. Two things to know:
- The booking must be no more than 30 days old, and the cruise not on a restricted rate.
- A transferred booking earns a different amount from the chart above.

Questions about onboard credit
What is onboard credit on a Disney cruise?
Onboard credit is money on your stateroom account on a Disney Cruise Line ship, and it works like cash on board. Ours is a gift from Click The Mouse Travel for booking through Michelle, up to $1,000 USD per stateroom, on top of anything Disney offers.
Is the onboard credit per person or per stateroom?
Per stateroom. It is based on the cruise fare for the whole stateroom, before taxes and fees, so everyone sharing the room shares one credit sized to that fare. Book two staterooms and each earns its own; they can't be pooled into one.
Can I combine it with Disney's offers?
Yes. Disney's promotions can be combined with our onboard credit. Because the credit follows the cruise fare, an offer that lowers the fare can lower the credit to match.
I've already booked. Can I still get onboard credit?
Often, yes. A Disney cruise booked in the last 30 days can be transferred to Michelle, as long as it isn't on a restricted rate. A transferred booking earns a different amount from a new one, so get in touch with Michelle for yours.
Does it cost more to book through Michelle?
No. You pay Disney's price for the cruise, and the onboard credit is extra, never taken off it.
What if I change or cancel my booking?
A change can adjust the credit to match the final cruise fare you pay. A cancelled booking gives up its credit, and credit left unspent on board can't be refunded or paid out as cash.
How can I spend my onboard credit?
Onboard credit is treated like cash on your Disney Cruise Line stateroom account. Most families spend it on specialty dining (Palo, Remy, Enchanté), shore excursions at Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay, the Senses Spa, photos, and Disney character merchandise.
The fine print
OBC is paid in USD and based on cruise fare only, excludes taxes, fees, insurance, transfers, pre-paid gratuities, airfare, hotels, and shore excursions. Adventures By Disney add-ons receive a separate credit; ask your agent. Disney promotions can be combined with our OBC and may adjust the amount. Valid for new bookings, and for bookings transferred to us within 30 days of the booking date that are not on a restricted rate; a transferred booking receives a different amount, so ask your agent. One OBC per cabin (not combinable across multiple cabins). Booking modifications may adjust OBC to match the final cruise fare paid. Cancelled bookings forfeit the OBC. Unused OBC is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. OBC is a promotional gift from ClickTheMouse Inc. Terms subject to change without notice.
