Looking without an account. Your browser gets a random id in a cookie so we can count your free lookups. We also count lookups by internet address, kept only as a scrambled code that cannot be turned back into the address, for seven days. Nothing about you is kept.

With an account. We keep your name, email address, province or state and country, the cruises you look at and the rooms you choose, so Michelle can price and book what you send. Your password is stored only as a hash. We never sell or share this with anyone other than ClickTheMouse Travel and the cruise line when you ask us to book.

Email. We send a link to verify your address, and after that only what you asked for: booking correspondence from Michelle. No newsletters unless you ask.

Prices. The prices shown are Disney Cruise Line’s, as we last saw them, for the party you describe. They are confirmed when Michelle books.

Booking requests. When you ask Michelle to book, we keep the travellers’ names and dates of birth, your answers, and the acknowledgements you sign (with the date, time, the exact words, your typed name, your internet address and browser), because those are the record of what you asked for and agreed to. A copy is emailed to you.

Identity documents. Only when a fare or an offer needs one. A document is stored encrypted on our own server, seen only by Michelle and the agents who help her, and every opening is recorded. It is destroyed 30 days after the last cruise in the request sails, or 90 days after a request is declined, withdrawn or expires; you can remove one yourself before the request is sent, and ask for it to be destroyed sooner at any time after the booking is made.

Payment. This site never takes a card number. When a payment is due, Michelle sets up a secure form with our agency’s payment partner; it opens on their site, in a new tab.

Deleting your account removes your name, email and shortlist; the count of lookups stays, under an id that no longer names anyone. Requests you already sent stay with Michelle as her records of your booking.
