Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of clickandcruise.com and clickandcruise.ca (the “Site”) and the cruise-planning services offered through it. The Site is owned and operated by Michelle (michellep@clickthemouse.ca), a TICO-certified travel advisor who sells travel through ClickTheMouse Travel, a registered Canadian travel agency. In these Terms “Michelle,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Michelle, and “ClickTheMouse Travel” means the agency through which every booking is made. By looking at cruises on the Site, creating an account, or sending Michelle a request to book, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Michelle and ClickTheMouse Travel
Click & Cruise is a service of ClickTheMouse Travel, a Canadian travel agency specializing in Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando and other vacation experiences, and an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. The agent behind the Site is Michelle Pritchett, a travel advisor certified by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), specializing in Disney Cruise Line. Every cruise requested on the Site is booked by Michelle through ClickTheMouse Travel, under the agency’s registrations and its agreements with the cruise line.
ClickTheMouse Travel is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), registration #50024500; as a Florida Seller of Travel, license #ST42493; and as a California Seller of Travel, license #2161303-50.
Michelle and ClickTheMouse Travel act as agents on behalf of travel suppliers, including Disney Cruise Line. Neither is the supplier or operator of any cruise. Final terms, pricing, deposit and payment schedules, cancellation policies and conditions of travel are determined by Disney Cruise Line, and by booking through us you agree to Disney’s terms in addition to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into binding contracts to create an account or send a request. When you describe a travel party or add people to your family on the Site, you confirm that you have their authorization to give us their information and to ask us to book on their behalf.
4. What the Site shows: prices and availability
The prices are Disney’s, as we last saw them. The Site shows Disney Cruise Line’s published prices and stateroom availability as our systems last read them, in U.S. dollars, for the whole party in the room, with taxes and port fees. Every list and every room says when its prices were checked. They are not a quote and not a reservation: Disney can change a price or sell a room at any moment, and a room shown free may be taken before Michelle books it. When that happens she will tell you and find the closest match.
Prices are for the party you describe. A price depends on how many adults and children travel and on the children’s ages on the sailing day. Where the Site has not yet priced a cruise for your exact party it says so and shows the nearest party it has; those prices will differ from yours.
Resident and special offers. Canadian resident rates, Florida resident, U.S. military and other Disney offers are shown when you say they apply. Disney checks eligibility at booking and at the port; a rate you do not qualify for will be replaced by the regular rate.
Onboard credit shown beside a price is ClickTheMouse Travel’s own gift for booking with us (section 9), never part of Disney’s price.
5. Free lookups and accounts
A visitor may look at a small number of priced cruise lists without an account; the Site says how many remain. Beyond that, checking today’s prices for your family and sending a request need a free account: your name, email address, where you live, and a password. You must give a real email address and verify it, because that is where booking correspondence goes.
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done under your account. We may limit, pause or close an account that is used to look up prices in volume without ever sending a request, that gives false information, or that breaks these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.
6. A request to book is not a booking
When you send Michelle the cruise and room you chose, you are asking her to book it. She checks that the room is still available at the price you saw, reviews the details and documents you gave, and may come back to you with questions. A booking exists only when Disney Cruise Line issues a confirmation and the required deposit has been paid. Until then nothing is reserved and the price is not held.
Some fares (such as Disney’s restricted IGT, OGT and VGT rates) must be paid in full at booking, are non-refundable, and allow no name changes. The Site says so before you sign, and your request is handled as a priority so the price can be caught while it lasts.
Payment. The Site never takes a card number. When a deposit or payment is due, Michelle sends you a secure payment form from our agency’s payment partner, which opens on their site. Payment terms, deadlines and amounts are Disney’s.
7. Electronic sign-offs
Before a request is sent you read and accept a few short statements (for example, that you are asking Michelle to book, that you understand a restricted fare’s rules, or that the names you gave match the passports). Ticking the box and typing your name is your electronic signature and binds you as a handwritten one would. The Site keeps the exact words you accepted, the date and time, your typed name, your internet address and browser, and emails you a copy. These records are kept with the request as the record of what you asked for and agreed to.
8. Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment terms are set by Disney Cruise Line and disclosed to you at booking. You are responsible for paying by Disney’s deadlines; a late or missed payment can cancel the booking automatically.
Changes to a booking (dates, stateroom, who is travelling) are subject to Disney’s policies and may carry fees. Michelle will help with changes but cannot guarantee that a change will be approved or that the price will stay the same.
Cancellations are governed by Disney’s cancellation policy. Penalties increase as the sailing approaches and may mean the loss of some or all of what you paid. Please read the policy before booking and consider travel insurance.
Refunds, when due, are issued by Disney on Disney’s timeline, not by ClickTheMouse Travel. We help with the process but cannot shorten it.
9. Onboard credit from ClickTheMouse Travel
ClickTheMouse Travel may give an onboard credit, or another promotional gift, to clients who book a cruise through us. It is a gift from ClickTheMouse Travel, separate from any price or promotion issued by Disney, and it is extra: never taken off the price. Its amount and conditions are set out on the Site’s onboard credit page; the terms in effect on the date Disney confirms your booking apply. The credit is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and is void if the booking is cancelled or the qualifying conditions are not met.
10. Travel documents and identity documents
You are responsible for ensuring that everyone in your party has a valid passport (with the validity the cruise line and the ports require), any visas or entry permits, any required vaccinations or health documents, and meets the entry and exit requirements of every port. Michelle may offer general guidance, but requirements change without notice and the responsibility is yours; we are not liable for disruption caused by missing or incorrect documents.
When a fare or an offer requires it, the Site asks you to upload a document (such as a passport page or proof of residence). Upload only documents you are entitled to share, and make sure they are accurate and current. Documents are stored encrypted, opened only by Michelle and the agents who help her, with every opening recorded, and destroyed on the schedule described in our Privacy page.
11. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every cruise. ClickTheMouse Travel can help you choose a policy from partner providers. If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any non-refundable costs arising from cancellation, interruption, delay, illness or other events a policy would have covered.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Michelle and ClickTheMouse Travel act as agents. We do not own, operate or control the cruises, ships, ports, airlines, hotels or other services we book. Disney Cruise Line and every other supplier is an independent operator responsible for the services it provides.
No warranty. The Site is provided as it is. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy or timeliness of any price or availability shown, or about the quality, safety or suitability of any travel service. Information on the Site is for general guidance and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Michelle nor ClickTheMouse Travel is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from a price or availability that changed between what the Site showed and what Disney confirmed; the acts or omissions of suppliers; weather, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions or other force majeure; flight delays or cancellations; lost or damaged luggage; currency fluctuations or unexpected fees; supplier insolvency; or any other event beyond our reasonable control. In all cases the maximum aggregate liability of Michelle and ClickTheMouse Travel together for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the commission or fee actually received for that booking. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, words, graphics and logos are owned by or licensed to Michelle and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Disney, Disney Cruise Line, the ships’ names and all related marks and materials are the property of The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates; the Site uses them to describe the cruises we sell as an authorized agency.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in an account, a request or a document; create more than one account, or clear cookies, to obtain more free lookups than the Site allows; use automated tools, scripts or scrapers to collect prices, availability or any other content from the Site; attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operation; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; harass, abuse or threaten Michelle, our staff or other clients; or misuse a promotional offer, including making multiple reservations to combine offers contrary to their terms. We may refuse service, close an account, decline or cancel a request and revoke a promotional offer if these rules are broken.
15. Third-party sites
The Site links to sites operated by Disney, our payment partner and others. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms, and your use of them is at your own risk.
16. Privacy
How we collect, use, keep and destroy personal information is described in our Privacy page, which forms part of these Terms.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. A material change is communicated by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The sign-offs you accept when sending a request keep the exact wording you saw, whatever changes later.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
20. Contact us
Questions about these Terms go to Michelle, the Site’s owner: michellep@clickthemouse.ca. The agency through which she sells: ClickTheMouse Travel, 12-58 Simpson Road, St. Catharines, Ontario, info@clickthemouse.ca.
